Â
Les prises de la Bastille: Opening June 12th 2024.Â
Arc’teryx and Climbing District have climbing in their DNA, as well as a common passion for design.Â
Â
To celebrate, they’ve teamed up to envision bouldering in its most essential form. Inspired by origami, Fontainebleau's boulders, and the urban environment, ‘Les prises de la Bastille’ is a unique opportunity to experience a series of volumes and holds in never-before-designed shapes, made from natural materials for a pure climbing experience.
Your ticket to Bleau.
Want to limit your car journeys and emissions? Tired of walking from the station or getting stuck in traffic on the way back to Paris?
Our climbing bus will be running weekend trips from central Paris to Fontainebleau through every weekend from September 22 to October 20. Find out more below.
One of our staff will be on hand to brief you on safety, rules of conduct and technique, so that you can make the most of your first session on your own. Â
Â
Look out for free first sessions in the events calendar, covered by Arc’teryx, where you’ll be guided by a professional instructor and have the chance to meet other new climbers.Â
