PANEL
Facilitated by certified yoga and meditation instructor, Leisha Scordino, our panelists bring a number of different perspectives to the conversation, drawing on their backgrounds, athletic performance, professional lives, and lived experiences. We are aiming to lay the groundwork for an interactive conversation rooted in sport but expanding through physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of mindfulness. We hope to leave you with a meaningful conversation, as well as tools and tips that you can apply to outdoor adventure as well as day-to-day living.

MEDITATION WORKSHOP
Following the panel and Q&A, Leisha will lead us through a meditation workshop that will give you a basis to start, continue, or enhance your meditation practice. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, blanket, or other props you may find useful. The majority of the event is designed to be seated on the floor, so please plan accordingly.
