As adventurers and everyday multi-taskers, we demand so much from our mind and body. Farhad Khan will be leading a session focused on Sound Healing and Mediation through breathing exercises to help us learn how to give back to our bodies and replenish our minds. Saje Natural Wellness will educate us on the benefits of natural essential oils and David's Tea will be onsite to offer refreshments and help you to kickstart your day. There will also be a raffle for one lucky winner to take home our newly redesigned Proton LT Hoody!

Doors will open at 7:30am. The session begins at 8:00am and will last until 9:00am. David's Tea beverages will be served before and after the session. *Limited yoga mats and are available and will be distributed on first come first serve basis. We encourage you to bring a yoga mat of your own.
