Arc'teryx Women's & Non-Binary Outdoor Mentorship Program

Monthly meetups and events for women and non-binary folks looking to build relationships and community in the Great Outdoors.

Connect over a boulder problem, a ski slope, a lakefront trail run and/or a happy hour over the course of this year long program.

Applications due February 20, 2025 at 11:59PM CST.

Monthly Meetups March-December primarily at Movement Wrigleyville.

Full experience dates & schedule in application link. Must attend at least 90% of events on schedule for Arc'teryx prize at completion of program.

Application for Mentors

Build community, teach the fundamentals, and have a blast with people who love the same things your do.

-Must have at least 2+ years bouldering experience

-Climbs regularly at a V3 grade and above

-Intermediate to advanced level climbers

-Available for indoor monthly climb meetups

Shred the Norm

Learn to Ski or Snowboard with other female and non-binary outdoor enthusiasts of all abilities. A chance to improve on and gain new skills while in the company of likeminded individuals. Lessons available for mentors + mentees.

We will take a group trip from Arc'teryx Old Orchard to Alpine Valley Ski Resort for a day trip adventure on the slopes.
