Are you an experienced climber/skier/trail runner/outdoors enthusiast who is involved in the Chicago community? Do you want to help people new to the industry grow their skills and confidence?
We'll be facilitating climb/trail/snow activities throughout the year and we want you to be a part of it.

To bring more women and non-binary folks into the Great Outdoors, we're matching up newcomers and community leaders with a Mentorship Program.Â
Build community, teach the fundamentals, and have a blast with people who love the same things your do.
-Must have at least 2+ years bouldering experience
-Climb regularly at a V3 grade and above
-Intermediate to advanced level climber
-Available for indoor monthly climb meetups
-Must be 21 or older and reside in the Chicagoland area.
This is a paid opportunity. Mentors will also receive Arc'teryx gear for program adventures.Â

If accepted, you will be notified on February 21, 2025.
Regardless of your acceptance, everyone is invited to Shred the Norm -- a ski event for women and nonbinary folks looking to get on the slopes.
This event will be held at Alpine Valley on March 2nd, 2025.
