Ryan Forsyth (He/Him)
Quiet Mountain Cafe is a journal-based community project ideating on coffee making methods and techniques for indoors and the outdoors. As a brand, Quiet Mountain Cafe focuses on products and wearables that can be used in both environments, taking references from several outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, biking and running. The project challenges everyone to take a minute outside of their week to sit down and enjoy something meaningful to them, whether indoors or outdoors.
Stephen Han (He/Him)
As one of the lead baristas at A Frame Cafe, Stephen Han values coffee as an experience rather than a tool. With a passion for flavor, community, and craftsmanship, he seeks to cultivate spaces that are both compelling and stimulating for specialty coffee enthusiasts and welcoming for beginners. As an avid Jiu-Jitsu practitioner and vinyl collector, Stephen believes the best things in life require patience, intention, and a willingness to learn. In his former life, he was a streetwear photographer for brands like On Running, Billionaire Boys Club, and more. Through the project PEACEPEACE, he has built a welcoming community centered around approachable flavor—breaking down the barriers that often exist in specialty coffee.
