No appointment needed, drop off your gear at the Washington DC Brand Store during business hours Monday-Friday and pick up in 3-5 days. No in-take or washing is available on weekends.

*Full contact information and signed waivers are required for washing. Garment inspection will be performed on site to determine eligibility of Wash Service. Wash Service is only to enhance the performance of the garments, NOT to remove stains or fix cosmetic issues. Restriction may apply. Please call the store for any questions. Two (2) garments per person. Items excluded from Wash Service are as follows: non Gore-Tex products, any soft shell products, Gore-Tex PacLite, Gore-Tex ShakeDry, or Gore-Tex XCR
