Start your Sunday in Soho with a revitalizing yoga flow! Created with the intention to unite athletes with their mind, body, and breath, this series has expanded our community offerings to include unique vinyasa flows customized for each core sport! This week, certified yoga instructor Zia Mancuso will be taking us through "Yoga for Climbers", targeting specific muscle areas to help climbers connect to their muscles and go inward, giving them tools and techniques to use before, during, and after a climb. Complimentary beverages will be served after class!
