Join us on Sunday March 5th at Arc'teryx Square One for a morning of movement and celebrating women!

Led by three of our ambassadors - Ashley, Kristina and Meg, we welcome you to an inclusive space of women's appreciation. Beginning with a circle of celebration for women, we will then get right into a fast paced yoga and pilates session followed by a slower paced meditative cool down. Our ambassadors will then lead the group into a sharing circle where we can connect through asking & giving. 

The event will also be host to a handful of women owned business vendors!

Through empowering one another and expressing gratitude towards the women in our lives we hope to create a space where women can connect and thrive in their community.
