Claudia fell in love with cold plunging six years ago after jumping into Iceland’s famous iceberg-filled Jökulsárlón (glacial lagoon). From wild plunging into alpine lakes, to intentionally plunging on a weekly basis in the streams and rivers closer to home in Squamish, Claudia takes every opportunity to cold plunge. By combining meditation and breathwork with her cold plunging routine, Claudia experiences both physical and mental health benefits. Benefits that she hopes to bring to communities through cold plunge events and facilitation.
