Our Winter cold plunge program will include six (6) opportunities to deepen your love and understanding for cold exposure therapy along the Sea to Sky corridor. Each session will include a chat on the benefits of cold plunging, key tips on how to go about cold plunging safely, a guided meditation/ breath-work session… with of course a cold plunge!

 
Community members are encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible as each event attendance = an entry for a Arc'teryx "cold plunge prize pack" at the end of the series.

Directions:

Please meet at the parking lot next to the Squamish Public Works Yard for 7:30am at the latest.
The walk to the plunge spot will require us to cross through knee deep water so please come prepared with sandals or water shoes if possible.

The group will wait in the parking lot until 7:30am. Should you arrive late, please reference the above link to make your way to the plunge spot.

What to bring

Good vibes & a positive intention

Warm winter/ hiking boots

Microspikes/ Ice cleats 

Warm clothes for before & after (Merino wool, base layers, puffy, toque, warm mittens)

Waterproof layer (rain jacket & pants in case of precipitation)

Something dry to sit on (I.e. Towel, foldable foam pad, etc)

A warm blanket 

Tea/hot cocoa

Bathing suit

Towel

Water shoes/ neoprene booties

Umbrella (in case of precipitation)

Changing robe 

Down booties/ warm socks / slippers (for immediate warmth while changing)

Leave at home
