Cool Down Recovery - Cooling down and recovering after a run is an important part of any running routine. It can help reduce muscle soreness and stiffness, prevent injury, and improve your overall fitness. We will have a cooldown zone post run clinics for everyone. Free clinic, does not include running.

Mountain Running - Learn to enjoy the challenge and beauty of running in the mountains. Remember to always prioritize safety, listen to your body, and respect the environment. Prepare to run up Green Mountain from Gregory Canyon, down west ridge for and 8 mile loop with 3200 feet of vert. Total Distance: 13km (8 Miles) and 3200 feet of vertical.

Mixed Terrain Running - Prepare for a challenging and exciting form of running that requires both physical and mental strength. Get tips from the pros to help you navigate steep ascents and scrambling during our mixed terrain run. Total Distance: 5km (3.1 Miles)

Breathwork and Meditation - Running can be a stressful activity, especially when training for a race or pushing yourself to improve your pace. Learn how to practice techniques that can help runners reduce stress and anxiety, which can also help you stay calm, and focused during your runs. Free clinic, does not include running.

IMPORTANT CLINIC NOTES:
- Prepare to be on-trail for 2-3 hours. Efforts will vary depending on the clinic.
- We will have a aid station with supplementary water and snacks, but please do come prepared to be self sufficient
- Arc'teryx Boulder will have a fleet of testing footwear, these will not be for purchase and will be for testing purposes only

- 2L of water
- Snacks/fuel for a run between 5-15km
- Running shoes (a demo fleet will be available on site)
- Socks

- Headwear if applicable
