Join us for a 1 hour Rollax class instructed by Dr. Justin Tan. This practice will be targeted towards specific muscle groups that can become fatigued from skiing and snowboarding; however everyone can receive the benefits from Rollax.
Bring your Yoga mat, water bottle and comfortable clothes to move and stretch in. We also require you to bring in a Roller type prop. Any of the following will work: Foam roller, mini foam roller, lacrosse ball, tennis ball, or Nalgene water bottle.
Class will be from 7:15-8:30 with fresh juice to follow, at our 17th Ave location, January 11th 2023. Please arrive between 7 & 7:15 to get set up and say hello to our team.

A direct outcome is the prevention of injuries to your fascia, muscle and joints. Rollax is a body therapy resource empowering you through movement play, anatomy & sensation. Your body and mind will learn to be suppler, allowing for an accelerated response and maximal output. Â

Dr. Justin is a chiropractic physician specializing in optimal health performance. Graduating with a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine from Palmer West College of Chiropractic in California, he received the Palmer West Clinical Excellence and Virgil V. Strang Chiropractic Philosophy awards.
