Event Schedule

Tuesday, July 19th - 7:30pm

Pre-event Virtual Info Session and Q&A (45mins)

Meaghan and Abby share preparation tips including what to pack, how to prepare your body for hiking and what snacks to bring! This is a great opportunity to ask any questions ahead of the main event.

Thursday, July 21st - 9am - 4pm

Gear Check and Coffee at Arc'teryx Whistler (1 hour)

Meet at the Arc'teryx Whistler store, where our friends at Forecast Coffee will ensure you're fully caffeinated and ready for the day! Collect some snacks for the day ahead thanks to Picnic Whistler and meet your new hiking buddies in person.

Hike (5-6 hours including upload and download of Whistler gondola)

After coffee, we'll walk to the Whistler gondola and upload to the Roundhouse lodge. We'll then take the short walk to the Peak Chair which takes us to the High Note trailhead.

We'll enjoy the High Note trail at the pace of the group, stopping for photo opportunities, water breaks, and some time to eat lunch.

Once we have completed our hike, we'll take the scenic Peak to Peak gondola to Blackcomb Mountain, where we will download and head to après!

Après

Join us to chat and reflect after our hike with a complimentary drink and some snacks!
