We're teaming up with lululemon Whistler, Meaghan Sutter and Hayley Ostridge to learn how to prepare your body for the hiking season! We'll kick off the day with coffee, snacks and a nutrition presentation. We'll then enjoy a warm-up session and group hike with some beautiful views. We'll finish up the day with an après and a chance to win some great hiking prizes!

9am: Meet at Lift Coffee Co. for coffee, energy-filled snacks and a presentation on ideal hiking fuel from local nutritionist Hayley Ostridge.
10am: Upload the Whistler Village Gondola
10:30am: Warm up led by Meaghan Sutter of Peak Training
10:45am: Upload Peak Chair
11am:Â Group hike of High Note Trail
12:30pm:Â Lunch Break!
3pm: Finish hike #teamphoto
4pm: Arrive at GLC for après and prizes!

This event is open to all hiking abilities, however to join our group hike, please note that you must be able to hike 9.5km with 300m of elevation gain in around 4 hours.

We have a limited number of sightseeing day tickets available to those who do not have a season pass for hiking and sightseeing. When you purchase your event ticket, you will also have the option to let us know if you require a Whistler Blackcomb sightseeing day ticket to join us on the hike.
