Our second night hike is also going to take place at Griffith Park, but the route will be different. The hike meets at 7:30 and we will start hiking by 7:45. This time we will meet at the north end of the Merry Go Round Parking lot 2 (near the bathrooms) at Griffith Park. Join us for a very unique experience of hiking from sunset till moonlight. The hike is open to all levels. We will preferably be hiking without headlamps, but in case anyone needs, we suggest red light only. Please dress according to the weather, we suggest layers (you will sweat a bit going up, but it can get chilly on the way down). We also recommend appropriate shoes with tread; trail runners or hiking boots, as it can be slippery in regular running shoes! We anticipate the hike lasting for about 2ish hours, so we recommend eating before hand or bringing a snack. Dogs on a leash welcome! Hiking experience is NOT necessary.

Distance: roughly 4.5 miles, around 900ft of elevation gain

Difficulty: Intermediate (open to all levels, but expect some incline hiking!)
