We are proud to present our 2022 Ambassador Team. Our team is comprised of exceptional athletes, artists and community leaders based in the Twin Cities.
Our ambassadors are our connections to the city and the many communities that lie within. We work closely with them to bring activations, opportunities, and support to the Twin Cities area.
THIS IS A PROFILE PAGE - NOT AN EVENT
Colleen is known for her unshakable grit and love of flying down technical descents. Specializing in racing 50 and 100-mile distance, Colleen spends as much time as possible training in the mountains. She has been an Ambassador with Arc'teryx since 2020, focusing on inspiring others to learn from failure and make the outdoors accessible for all. When she is not training or crafting digital strategy, Colleen can be found outside (hiking, camping, or rock climbing) with her boyfriend Rhoderic, and their rescue pup (a white Husky/German Shepherd) named Reign.
Jason is mostly found on the mountains in the PNW or in Minnesota ice climbing. In the winter, Jason balances his time between skiing and ice climbing. His skill sets to date have inspired him to work towards bigger objectives and ski mountaineering. He’s constantly training and learning more about mountain safety.
When not in the studio or on-location as a professional photographer, Rodel spends much of his time passing on his love of climbing and snowboarding - primarily focused on empowering the BIPOC community. In 2021 he ran 60+ BIPOC climbing events as part of the American Alpine Club - Twin Cities Chapter, from bouldering sessions to outdoor climbing clinics to free climbing days for the ESL students of El Colegio High School, many made possible with help from Arc’teryx. Rodel also teaches free BIPOC snowboarding lessons with Saint Paul Parks and Recreation and BIPOC Outdoors Twin Cities. Whether climbing or snowboarding, his heart is always filled seeing folks try new things, continue their journeys, and find a connection not only to the sport but to each other.
Michael Harralson is the founder of ReNew Earth Running. RER was founded in December 2020 with a mission to run to protect and heal the environment by restoring land to the stewardship of Tribal Nations and Indigenous leadership.
Michael began running in 2013 as a means to cope and heal. In April of 2013, he reconnected with his dad from whom he’d been estranged for 10 years. His dad then passed away in July 2013.
