Become a master of the trails with this 5-week run series. Learn the basics of trail running and put your new-found knowledge to the test with a progressively more challenging trail every week. Each run will be approximately 5km. Road runners welcome! If you've always wanted to try trail running, this is a great way to get started.
The 5-week series will be led by the amazing Johanna Lopez. She is an avid trail & ultra runner as well as an obstacle course racer and endurance athlete. Through her own health journey she's had the opportunity to help others get fit by coaching, mentoring and motivating people to get off the couch. Her goal is to help others LIVE their very best life and to connect with nature.
**$30 enrollment fee guarantees your spot for all five sessions and includes a trail-running starter kit. All participants will also receive 60% off registration to our Runner's Summit on August 24th.
