Can I bring my down jacket?

Unfortunately we are not washing any down jackets, however you can attend our event to learn how to take care of your down Arc'teryx jackets at home!

Can I bring a Gore-Tex jacket from a different company?

Unfortunately we will only be washing Arc'teryx jackets.

When can I drop off my jacket?

Drop off your jacket on November 23rd and we will wash and treat your garments for the winter season. Choose if you want to place a patch on the jacket for a donation to a local charity.

When can I pick up my jacket?

We will e-mail you or call you once your jacket is ready to be picked up.

You will most likely hear back from us in about 2-3 days due to the amount of jackets we'll be washing.
