Join local Arc'teryx ambassador, Derek Sakamoto, in an Intro to Backcountry course to provide you with the knowledge and Arc'teryx gear you need to take your backcountry experience to the next level. Rentals will be included for two lucky winners.

No purchase necessary. One entry per person and per email address. Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), the United Kingdom, and the 50 United States who are of the age of majority. Entry period begins December 1, 2021 at 12:00am Pacific and ends on December 1, 2021 11:59pm Pacific. Eligible nominee will only be entered in to the contest for the city/state/province they are located.
Only selected nominees will be contacted by an Arc’teryx representative by email and announcement on Arc’teryx Instagram channel on December 30th 2021. Selected nominees will be required to require to attend the experience on the specified date between Jan 1st-February 28th 2022. Prize fulfillment shall be from the Arc’teryx Brand Store closest to selected winner on or about December 30th 2021. One eligible nominee will be selected to win the specified experience prize and will be required to sign an event waiver form. Certain restrictions apply, see official rules for details.
