Waste is a problem we must serve collectively. While Arc’teryx strives for circular product operating, Gotham Food Pantry exists to eliminate food waste by leveraging a scalable technology and growing volunteer network to feed underserved NYC communities. We’ve teamed up, along with Arc’teryx Broadway Staff member & artist, James Joseph, to bolster sustainability and place a fridge in a food insecure NYC neighborhood.
About James: “As a native New Yorker, raised in a low income household, this project resonates with me heavily. In addition to awareness, I’d like for my painting to act as a beacon of sorts for the community.”
Come by the ReBird Service Center Sunday, September 4th from 12-3pm. Meet James, see his fridge art in person, and if you can, help us promote food justice by donating to Gotham Food Pantry with a chance to win a $1000 Arc'teryx Shopping Spree!
