We know caring for your GORE-TEX® can feel intimidating, so let us take the guesswork out of it. We’ll do the wash for you—helping your gear last longer and ready for every adventure.

Drop your gear off at your nearest Arc’teryx store for a shoulder-season spa session from September 6 - 14.
Then pick it up, refreshed and raring for your next adventure, by October 3.
Drop off your gear at any Arc’teryx brand store in Canada, United States, or United Kingdom. Or any participating European stores: Munich, Berlin, La Madeleine, Stockholm, Chamonix, and Milan.
Drop-off dates: September 6 - 14.

Our GORE-TEX WASH event includes TWO complimentary wash & DWR treatment per person.
We will only be accepting Arc'teryx GORE-TEX jackets and GORE-TEX insulated jackets.
We will not accept non-GORE-TEX jackets.Â
Please inspect your garment. Garments showing any pre-existing signs of delamination or other damage will NOT be eligible for WASH. If you have gear in need of repair or warranty assessment, please fill out our Product Service Request form here.

Your garment will undergo a product assessment and a waiver must be signed.
Please bring your ID for drop off and pick up.
You must drop off & pick up your own garments.
