Drop off your jacket to any of our Arc'teryx NYC locations (SoHo, Flatiron, Bleecker, Upper West Side, Broadway) between September 29th - October 6th to have it washed and revitalized by our expert staff and back to you on time for the season FOR FREE.
Pick-up will be at our GORE Wash Event at Arc'teryx Broadway on Tuesday October 11, 2022 from 6-9 PM or any time after at the original drop-off location.

What is ReCARE™?
ReCARE™ sits under the ReBIRD™ platform. It makes it easy to take care of your gear. So it can continue to take care of you. Learn care and repair tips here, or in-person at the Wash Event on October 11th.
Can I bring my down jacket?
We are not washing any down or synthetic insulated jackets, however you can attend our event to learn how to take care of your down Arc'teryx jackets at home, or bring it to our Broadway location for a complimentary wash outside of GORE WASH WEEK.
Can I bring a GORE-TEX jacket from a different company?
Unfortunately, we will only be washing Arc'teryx jackets.
When can I drop off my jacket?
Drop off your jacket between September 29th - October 6th to any NYC location and we will wash and treat your garments. 2 items per person!
When can I pick up my jacket?
At the GORE WASH PICK-UP EVENT or any time after at the original drop-off location. We will email you or call you once your jacket is ready if we don't see you at the party!
How much does this cost?
This is a FREE care service.
