Dakota is an avid trail runner and ultramarathoner born and raised in the Washington, DC area. A member of DC based running group Northeast Track Club, he can often be found traversing the local trails of Rock Creek Park. Along with his own running practice, his community outreach and organizing work is targeted towards increasing diversity in the sport of trail running.

 Grace has over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, endurance coach and wellness professional. She is an award winning personal trainer and was named Best Fitness Instructor by the Washington Blade’s Best of Gay DC in 2016. She holds certifications in Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Muscle Activation Technique (MAT), TRX suspension training and Crossfit Kettlebell, and continues to keep her skills current as medical science changes.Â
