Our team at Arc'teryx Richmond and Balance in Motion invites you to come join us for a run and workshop that is designed to help improve your performance through strength training.

- Receive a 2-week at-home program tailored for new runners
The plan is to gather at BIM Richmond and we'll kick off with a 6-8km social run, followed by post run beverages and the workshop!
