“The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness.”
This yoga session is designed to cultivate calm in the mind and awareness in the body - both essential tools for navigating challenge, whether on the mat or the mountain. Just as yoga teaches us to hold steady in difficult poses, climbing asks us to remain composed in demanding situations on the wall.
In this session, you'll be guided through a balancing flow that includes Tree Pose, Standing Knee to Chest into Warrior III, and a twisting High Lunge. Expect a strong emphasis on focus, stability and leg stretch - perfect preparation for your next climb.
