“The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness.”
Join us for a yoga session designed specifically for runners, hosted by Arc’teryx and led by the incredible Jodi. This class will focus on fluid movement and breathwork to support your running performance, helping you move with ease and break through personal bests. Jodi will guide you through a hip-releasing flow featuring poses like pigeon, lizard, and cow face, all aimed at improving mobility, preventing injury, and fostering a sense of calm before your next run. Whether you’re training for a race or just love to hit the pavement, this session will leave you feeling grounded, open, and ready to move. No experience necessary—just bring your mat and an open mind. See you there!
