Calling all yogis!
Come de-stress, stretch out and get zen in a yoga class taught by Jodi Hollie in our New Arc'teryx store in the heart of Covent Garden.
After this session we will be inviting you all to a store VIP Walkthrough in the new space before we open the doors to the customers.
Calves, Hamstrings + Hips
Yoga can be the perfect addition to hikers and runners this spring. Improving flexibility to help navigate over rocks or stretching and reaching when out hiking. Our first session will be a 'Pre Hike/Run Stretch'. We'll begin with a short relaxation to mentally prepare, including calming breath work. Starting from the toes, ankles and legs, really connecting into the body and beginning to move with awareness. This first session will focus on the Pre Stretch required for a long Hike ahead. Included in this weeks flow will be gentle Runners Stretch poses, into a more advance Runner Stretch/ Pyramid Pose. We will add in Trikonosana (triangle pose); which builds strength in the legs and core and always finishing with stillness and breath work to re-connect mind, body and soul.Â
