Practising yoga has multiple benefits, not to mention strengthening, enhancing body flexibility and improving balance. It helps to relieve stress and connect to your inner soul.
Jodi will alternate the sessions to include climbing and running-related moves and enable you to delve deeper even if you are beginner.
