Arc'teryx Winter Kick Off

Join Arc'teryx, Keep Tahoe Blue and others as we celebrate the beginning of Winter!

We'll be hosting an in-store event with a silent auction, seasonal drinks, snacks, free board waxing, and presentations showcasing snow gear and our partners.

Oh and there might just be a couple frozen items to interact with...

Join the Palo Alto Arc'teryx team and our friends as we celebrate Winter and welcome in the upcoming ski season.

There will be a silent auction for Arc'teryx Winter gear, with all proceeds going to Keep Tahoe Blue.

Arc'teryx will also be offering board waxing for a limited number of guests during the event. Make sure to note when you RSVP if you plan to drop a board off for waxing, and we will contact you separately with more info.

Expect a Winter-themed cocktail menu from Pao's Craft Cocktails.

We will have food provided by Esther's Kitchen plus some extra sweets on hand as well.

Mission

The League to Save Lake Tahoe protects and restores the environmental health, sustainability and scenic beauty of the Lake Tahoe Basin. Keep Tahoe Blue focuses on water quality and its clarity for the preservation of a pristine Lake for future generations.

Venue

Doors will close briefly at 7 to ensure the sales floor is cleared and set up, then reopen shortly after.

If you arrive early, we just ask that you patiently wait outside until we reopen the doors. Thank you!

Join us for a celebration & educational experience regarding the ins and outs of GORE-TEX care and functionality. Bring your questions and we'll be happy to answer them! Refreshments will be served.

On your way out, pick up your freshly washed GORE-TEX garment and have fun on your fall/winter adventures!

• Space is limited, reserve your spot above. Please only RSVP if you are able to attend the drop off & pick up dates above.

• Guests must RSVP above in order to drop off a garment for the service.

• Our ReCARE™ Wash Week event includes ONE complimentary wash & DWR treatment per RSVP.

• We will only be accepting Arc'teryx GORE-TEX shells - no insulated pieces, please.

• Please inspect your garment. Garments showing any pre-existing signs of delamination or other damage will NOT be eligible for ReCARE™.

Do you have gear in need of repair or warranty assessment? Fill out our Product Service Request form here.

• Your garment will undergo a product assessment and a waiver must be signed.

• Please bring your ID for drop off and pick up. You must drop off & pick up your own garments.
