Taking appropriate care of your Gore-Tex garments will extend the integrity of the construction and provide you with top notch protection. Arc'teryx and Gore-Tex have collaborated to provide you with complimentary cleaning and waterproofing. A perfect way to get ready for winter pursuits! 

How does it work?

1.     RSVP through the link above. Please read and fill out the required waiver. 

2.     Bring your Gore-Tex garment to Arc'teryx Victoria. Our team will be there to check your item in, and answer any care questions you might have before your jacket is sent for a complimentary wash.

3.     We will inform you by email when your jacket is ready for collection!

Upon collection each guest will be given a bag containing their freshly cleaned and waterproofed shell. 

Dates to remember: 

Drop off: Oct 23-Oct 31 (after you've filled out all necessary documents) 

Pick Up: Nov 11-15 Guests will be emailed when their item is ready to collect.

Please note:

- Inspect your garment, we cannot accept garments with pre existing damage or are unsuitable for washing.

- We will accept 2 garments per guest.

- We will accept Gore-Tex garments that are not Arc'teryx. 

- We are unable to wash any jackets containing down.

- All attendees must sanitise their hands on entry, and wear a face mask at all times in-store. 

- All attendees must have RSVP’d prior to the event.
