Introducing the Arc’teryx Run Free Challenge. Free your body and clear your mind by heading outside and logging 40 miles of running, walking, hiking, or wheelchair activity throughout May. You’ll be entered for a chance to win one of 40 pairs of the Arc’teryx Sylan — our latest shoe for mountain runners — along with earning a shiny new Strava badge.
HOW IT WORKS
On the first day of the month the challenge begins! Make sure to sign in before with your Strava profile and sign up for the Arc'teryx Run Free Challenge with in the phone or web application:
Make sure to start your activity by pressing record when you begin running, hiking, or wheel chairing in the app. As you do more activity your progress will reflect in the challenge. A status bar will show how much you have done and need to complete by the end of the month.

Every Thursday join us for a trail run!Â
Meet at Rancho San Antonio Preserve - Lot 1 each week at 6pm, runs will begin around 6:20pm

Every Sunday join us for a hike!
Meet at Foothills Nature Preserve - Orchard Glenn Picnic area each week at 9:00am, hikes will begin around 9:20am. The park has a $6 entry fee.

What to expect:
This is for all people and all abilities so expect low-key, no-pressure fun! We would love for you to meet fellow outdoor enthusiasts in your area through the app! We also encourage people to do their best and be safe.

Enough water, your phone to track, good sunscreen, the right attire and comfortable footwear.
How to check in:
Every time you decide to hike, walk, run, or wheelchair to press record. After the run or hike, post it to our club!
