This is your moment to move, connect, and step into the marathon weekend feeling grounded and ready.Â
Fuelled by Vita Coco and brought together with Active Inclusion Network, join us for a 5km route followed by a stride and mobility session hosted by Arc'teryx Ambassadors.Â
Whether you're running the marathon or just joining the fun, everyone’s welcome!
In the final hours before race day, it’s not about pushing harder. It’s about tuning in, out there. A shakeout run is your opportunity to wake up the body, calm the mind, and find your rhythm before the start line. It’s a moment to move with ease, release tension, and build quiet confidence ahead of the big day. Â
Whether you’re chasing a time or simply showing up, this is your space to connect, reset, and step into the weekend feeling grounded and ready.Â
Led by Arc'teryx ambassadors Haroon, Lucy, and OisÃn, the session includes a gentle 5km run followed by a stride and mobility reset to prepare your body. Our ambassadors will close with a short talk on the mental benefits of running and the power of community in supporting performance and wellbeing.Â
