Meeting at 5351 Camosun Street, Vancouver

August 31st, Sunday

8:15am - 11:30am

Gather at Camosun street & W 38th Ave and we'll start from St. George Trail, going through Pacific Spirit Regional Park to Spanish Banks and back, a 10-15 km social run, followed by post run beverages and snacks!

- Please wear appropriate attire for the weather. Rain or shine we will be running.

- Please stick with the group's pace. This is not a race so please stick to the pace of the front, middle or end of the group.

- Briefing at the start of the run on planned route.

- If you need a break or need to walk find a team member and they will stay with you.
