All seasons, any distance – the Norvan LD 3 GTX is made to run all year. High-abrasion mesh upper has GORE-TEX™ protection for breathable comfort in the wettest conditions. The dual-layer internal construction minimizes friction, the toebox is sized to accommodate splay, and the heel and forefoot stack absorbs shock.
The toebox is sized to accommodate splay, and the heel and forefoot stack absorbs shock. Advanced materials – Vibram® Litebase sole, InFuse® midsole – shed grams, and the grippy Vibram® Megagrip outsole’s aggressive 4mm lug pattern delivers a confident bite.
With an evolved design fine-tuned for alpine running, the Vertex delivers the confidence and security to push off trail and scramble at speed. The upper – made from 100% recycled PFC-free polyester – is durable and breathable, and an integrated knit collar helps seal out debris.
Support and protection come from mid to forefoot TPU rock plate, 360-degree randing, and a welded support zone on the upper. Vibram® Megagrip, a deep 4mm lug pattern, and friction zone at the forefoot provide confidence and grip on rock and trail.
