Project U.S.E. has been providing outstanding outdoor education programming to develop leadership and confidence for children in underseved communities all around New Jersey since 1970.
Meghan Kramer is a Yoga teacher based in Hoboken NJ.
Meghan has been teaching yoga full time since 2014 and holds a 500hr E-RYT yoga teacher certification. To date she has led four yoga teacher trainings and is heading into a fifth. Meghan was recently featured on the cover of Yoga & Spa Magazine.
Meghan's love for yoga is closely followed by her love for the outdoors. She leads outdoor adventures such as her signature “Yoga Hikes,” not for the faint at heart. From traveling in India teaching English, to rock climbing in Thailand, to completing the Torres Del Paine “O” Circuit, well, she just can’t get enough of life’s wonders. In November of this year she received a Wilderness Medicine certification through NOLS.
Around town Meghan is known for her energy, and good vibrations she brings into every single class. Her upbeat, indie playlists keep students focused, yet playful, energized yet relaxed, in the midst of creative vinyasa sequencing. If you’re not listening to a playlist, it is probably her husband James Calleo. They have been teaming up in weekly live music classes for over three years!
Check out her SCHEDULE, or stay up to date by following her instagram account @meghankrameryoga where she posts uplifting content and events occurring independently from the yoga studio.
