1. Eligibility. The Minotaur Bursary (the “Selection”) is open only to female legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Amer Sports Canada Inc., and any of its affiliates or subsidiaries or any other companies associated with the Selection, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, officer, director, or agent, are not eligible to enter. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Sponsor. Arc’teryx Equipment, a division of Amer Sports Canada Inc. (“Sponsor”) at #110 – 2220 Dollarton Hwy., North Vancouver  B.C. Canada  V7H 1A8 (“Sponsor”).
3. Agreement to Official Rules. By participating in the Selection, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, (a) these Official Rules and (b) Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.
 
4. Entry Period. The Selection begins at 12:00:00 AM CET on Nov 19, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CET on December 2, 2025 (“Entry Period”).
 
5. Details and How to Enter. Entrants must submit an application through the Arc’teryx webpage and provide the following information:
o   Provide your name, location, self identity, email, phone number
o   Tell us your story, your goals, and how the scholarship can help you reach the summit- literally and figuratively. Any experience level is welcome
o   How do you plan to use this stipend to progress your mountain running?
o   Anything else you’d like to share with us?

Any participant who submits entries after the close of the Entry Period will not be given an entry into the Selection. Incomplete or inaccurate entries are void.  By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. ONLY THE FIRST ENTRY OF A GIVEN PARTICIPANT WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE. SUBSEQUENT ENTRIES OF IDENTICAL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. 
 
Entries will not be acknowledged. Entries including any obscene, foul, defamatory, or inappropriate language, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will be disqualified. Entries cannot contain trademarks, logos or trade dress owned by others (except Atomic), or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind including, but not limited to brand names or logos. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, per household, per email address.   Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same household or email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email accounts, identities, registrations, or logins, or through any other methods, may void all of that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. The use of any automated system to enter the Selection (other than programs used to aid in the creation of the Designs) is prohibited and may result in disqualification.  Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which shall be disqualified.  In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant.  Potential Winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.  The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
 
By submitting an Entry you warrant and represent that: (a) it is original to you and that you have all necessary rights in and to the Entries to enter the Selection, (b) it does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity, (c) you have obtained permission from any person whose name is used in the Entry, and (d) that publication of the Entry via various media including Web posting, will not infringe on the rights of any third party rights.  Any such entrant will indemnify and hold harmless, Sponsor from any claims to the contrary.
 
Submitting an Entry constitutes your consent to give Sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, products (ex. t-shirts and totes) media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes.  If necessary, entrant will sign any necessary documentation that may be required for Sponsor or its designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights entrant is granting to use the Entry. Any waiver of any obligation hereunder by Sponsor does not constitute a general waiver of any obligation to entrants.
 
6. Winner Selection. The winner will be determined using the following process: At the conclusion of the Entry Period, Arc’teryx employees will identify the top Entry that best meet the competition criteria. Entries will be evaluated the Entries received based on the following criteria:
 
• Tell us your story, your goals, and how this scholarship can help you reach the summit—literally and figuratively. 
• How do you plan to use this stipend to progress your mountain running ? 
• Anything else you'd like to share with us?

The entrants submitting the Entry that receives the highest cumulative score (maximum of 120 points) will be deemed the potential winners. In the event of a tie, the entry with the highest tell us your story score will win. IF NO ENTRIES ARE POSTED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES, NO WINNER WILL BE SELECTED AND NO PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED. 
 
The Sponsor and its agents reserve the right at its sole discretion not to consider, and to exclude or disqualify any entry that they deem to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Selection, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to be in violation of or inappropriate with these terms and conditions.
 
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details and to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Selection and disqualify the entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this Selections entry requirements or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Selections or won using fraudulent means. The Sponsor will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.
 
The date of the selection will be on or about December 22, 2025. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received from all entry methods combined.
 
7. Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners. After the Selection, Sponsor will send notice to the email account used to enter the Selection, notifying the potential winner that they have been selected. The potential winner will be required to provide their email address and other contact information as may be required by Sponsor within three (3) business days after the time stamp of Sponsors’ social media notification.  If the potential winner does not respond and provide their contact information or otherwise comply with the instructions in the social media notification within three (3) business days after the time stamp of Sponsors’ email notification, such potential winner will forfeit the Prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in their place from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period using the same criteria as the first selected potential winner. Except where prohibited, the potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (the “Affidavit/Release”). If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return the Affidavit within the required time period (if applicable), or if the Prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the Prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award any given prize to an alternate entrant based on the next highest points received, even if the disqualified potential winner’s name or Design may have been publicly announced. If after three (3) attempts a Prize winner is not confirmed, the Prize will remain un-awarded. Acceptance of any Prize shall constitute and signify Prize winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor may use Prize winner’s name, city, state, likeness, Design and/or prize information in connection with the Selection, worldwide, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.
 
8. Prizes. One (1) Prizes. The prize winner of the Selection (“Winner”) will receive one (1) financial grant to fund the Entrant’s training & attendance at the minotaur race [Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1000 CAD], one (1) sponsored race entry [ARV: $500 CAD ] and one (1) Arc’teryx running gear package (the contents of which shall be determined by Arc’teryx in its sole discretion [ARV: $1,000 CAD]. Total ARV of the Prize: $2500 CAD. We will select 4 recipients. 
 
Any and all further Prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of the Prize will not be awarded. The Prize may not be transferred or assigned except by Sponsor.  No substitutions, cash equivalents or redemptions of prize will be made.  If the Prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Reporting and payment of all applicable taxes, fees, and/or surcharges, if any, arising out of, or resulting from, acceptance or use of a prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner of the Prize. By accepting a Prize, the prize Winner irrevocably licenses to Sponsor all necessary rights in the Entry(s), including, but not limited to, all copyright and trademark rights which he or she may have, worldwide, therein, for consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, and further waives any moral rights the entrant may have with respect to its Entry.  No other compensation shall be due or owing to Entrant by Released Parties as defined below.  Entrant shall retain all other ownership rights in the Entry.
 
9. General Conditions. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Selection is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Selection to address the impairment and then resume the Selection in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at Sponsor’s discretion from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Selection or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Selection may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The Selection is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Sponsor or any entrant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise, (ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of such communications; (iii) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Selection; (iv) any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of the administering this Selection (whether as a result of one of the foregoing causes or otherwise); (v) any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of the Reward.
 
To the full extent permitted by law and excluding death or personal injury caused as a result of the Sponsor’s negligence, the Sponsor, its associated companies and agencies and any of their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any entrant in connection with the Selection or Prize, including without limitation: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
 
10. Release and Limitations of Liability.  By entering and/or accepting a prize, the Selection entrants agree to (a) abide by the Official Rules, and the decisions of the judges and Sponsor which shall be final, and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, and all their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies and the respective employees, directors and officers of the foregoing (collectively “Releasees”), from and against any/all claims, losses, injuries or damages, including death, resulting from the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize and/or participation in any prize related activities or any travel related thereto, and (c) allow Sponsor and/or its designees the use of the winner’s name, photos and/or likeness for promotion and publicity purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Selection is a violation of criminal and civil law and, should an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Selection is governed by laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada with venue in Vancouver, B.C. for the resolution of all claims and disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. No compensation will be paid in lieu of Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised Prize is unavailable. Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. Releasees are not responsible for any late, lost, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or postage due mail/entries, or stolen entries, nor are they responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Selections; any technical or human error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access of the web site; any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer(s) related to or resulting from participating in this Selections, or downloading materials from or use of the web site. If, for any reason the Selections cannot be conducted as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Selection, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Selection and may select a winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken. In no event will Sponsor and/or Releasees be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of access to and use of the website, http://www.atomic.com, or the downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from said sites. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on the sites is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations or the exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages, or exclusion of implied warranties so some of the aforementioned limitations or exclusions may not apply. Check local laws for any restrictions or conditions regarding these limitations and/or exclusions.
 
11. Disputes. All claims must be resolved in the appropriate court located in British Columbia, Canada.  Participant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Selection, or any prizes awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Selection or the determination of winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Selection, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Utah; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Selection, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  Laws in the Participant’s country of residence may give Participant the right to file claims before the courts of that country and may provide that some laws of that country are also applicable to this Selection.  However, if any provision of these Terms or the application of any such provision to any person or circumstance shall be declared to be invalid, unenforceable or void, such decision shall not have the effect of invalidating or voiding the remainder of these Terms, it is the intent and agreement of the parties that these Terms shall be deemed amended by modifying such provision to the extent necessary to render it valid, legal and enforceable while preserving its intent or, if such modification is not possible, by substituting therefore another provision that is valid, legal and enforceable so as to materially give effect to Sponsor’s intent.
 
12. Privacy. By entering the Selection, you agree to Sponsor’s use and dissemination of your personal information to third parties. Such use and dissemination of such personal information shall be subject to any privacy policy of Sponsor then in effect, available at https://www.atomic.com/en-us/data-privacy.  BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER NAME MAY BE POSTED ON THE FAN PAGE OR ON OTHER SPONSOR WEBSITES, IN SPONSOR’S DISCRETION IN CONNECTION WITH THE SELECTION.
 
The Sponsor reserves the right to publish the name, photograph, likeness and county of the Winners or to publicize the Selection, in any and all media that the Sponsor desires, after the date of the Selection close date and within a year of this date.
 
13. Winners List. The name of the prize winners may be obtained no earlier than 30 days after the close of the Selection Entry Period and no later than 160 days after the close of the Selection Entry Period by sending a self-addressed envelope to Sponsor at the address listed above with ATTN: “Minotaur Bursary Winn
